(0.66 x inre benlängd) + 1 cm
Det här är en variant från Koga Miyatas hemsida (www.koga.com/uk/). Det finns även andra metoder som brukar ge ungefär samma resultat.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my bike?
There is a rule of thumb for this purpose: 0.66 × inside leg length. The inside leg length must be measured without shoes on and with the feet approximately 8 cm apart. Stand upright against a flat wall and have someone else take your measurement from the ground to your actual crutch height, i.e. not the trouser crutch. Add 1 cm to the result and this gives your frame height. For your saddle height multiply the crutch height by 0.885. This is then measured from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle. Take the measurement diagonally along the seat tube, i.e. not from the bottom bracket straight up to the point of the saddle. For detailed advice it is best to consult your Koga-Miyata dealer. For mtb models deduct approximately 8 to 10 cm from the frame size as determined above. The saddle height as determined above remains the same.
