Stockholm Climbing Partner

Hi-

My Swedish isn't so good yet, so I'll have to take this in English...

I just moved to Stockholm and am looking for some experienced people to get out climbing with at some of the local areas. I prefer traditional climbing but will go sport and bouldering as well.

Hopefully it won't get too cold too soon.

John

This tutorial applies to you John, and to ANYONE who wants to find a climbing partner SOON.

"I just moved to Stockholm and am looking for some experienced people to get out climbing with at some of the local areas. I prefer traditional climbing but will go sport and bouldering as well. "

Excellent! But. Something is missing here. What? The reason why someone would prefer you over any other potential parter. The reason could be one of the following.

"I have a car and live in Stockholm city. I have a rope and all other gear needed for both trad and sport. I can go climbing any day and time, not only on weekends and late afternoons. I can be ready to go any moment whenever the weather allowes. I can lead upto 8a sport and 7b trad. My weight is only 65kg even though I am a big guy (maybe very important to someone who will belay you, or vice versa.)"

How about that?

More details would probably be helpful so here it goes:

I live in Stockholm city, have a full trad rack, rope etc, no car but also, no job so I can go whenever the weather allows. I've climbed ice, alpine, big wall, trad, and sport for the past 9 years. I've taken the last year off of climbing so I'm climbing around Swedish grade 6 these days but don't mind being a belay slave, or following, on harder routes.
