kungsleden STF cabins and Covid restrictions

Hello all -- I was wondering if anyone has experience staying in STF huts during Covid? Their website says you have to bring a sleeping bag AND sheets + pillow cover. I would really like to avoid carrying so much sleeping gear. Does anyone know what the minimum acceptable gear would be okay? Or just have any idea for lightweight / compact items that would meet the requirements?

Thanks! 🙏

Last year on combined tent/hut trip, I bought a sleeping kit in the first STF hut (normally all huts with store have these kits). Then I brought parts of it and reused it in the next hut.
This year I have bought a 190g silk sheet that I can use both in the tent and in the huts combined with my sleeping bag/quilt.
So, minimum requirement is a sheet and a cover for the pillow if you use one.

@skogsmulle68 Whats inside the sleeping kit that you got at the STF store? And also, are you saying I can make do with just the sheet and pillow cover ? and without the sleeping bag?

Sleeping kits come with: sheet, blanketcover and a pillowcase.
Huts have pillows and blankets, but if you want to use the blanket you also need the cover or your own sleeping bag/quilt.
So, whatever sleeping gear you use in the hut, you need a cover for it.

Just make the bed with the pillow under the sheet, that way no pillow case needed.
And buy a sleeping bag liner to sleep in.
So minimum needed: a sheet and a liner.

@ SaraTommy Thanks! follow up question: would you recommend going for this minimum, or is it risky to be without a sleeping bag due to the cold? We're heading out in the beginning of August.

In theory every one makes perfect travel plans and reservations, but the weather and the mountains may change them.
