Made to fit comfortably while hiking and provide a precision fit when scrambling and edging, The North Face Men's Buildering Shoes incorporate the essential performance features of an approach shoe with the stability and comfort of a hiking shoe. They're outfitted with Vibram's sticky rubber over the forefoot for a suction grip when scrambling and have steel mid-shoe hiking lugs for hiking stability. They're also built around a climbing shoe last so they have a fit narrower than hiking shoes lending more confident edging. Loosen the laces to give your toes more room on the hike in, then tighten for technical footing. Loosen again for the post-climb pub stop.
