MTB routes in sweden

I am looking for MTB routes in Sweden. Travel through
whole sweden (starting in 2 weeks). I know about Are (should be good there), and Abisko (rallervagen)
Anything else is welcome (in/near cities, nature, mountain of forest)

If you show "adequate respect of the nature" you are allowed to ride MTB on all walking-trails in Sweden (with the exeption of some national parks etc). The problem is of course that the quality of the trails varies a lot. Your best bet is probably to start in an area geared towards "outdoor tourism". In the north, head for a skiresort (Åre, Riksgränsen, Funäsdalen etc). In the south you could try Dalarna (around Ludvika, Rättvik, Sälen etc), Kilsbergen (east of Örebro) or Hökensås (north of Jönköping).
