Lundhags vandra High for warm-temperate climate

hi all, I've been reading plenty of favorable opinions on the practicality and reliability of lundhags shell boots, especially in the context of northern Scandinavian wilderness and climate. I'll be soon relocating to south-east Australia in an area with plenty of rainfall, rainforest and long thru-hikes and snowy mountains that resemble Scandinavian fells in shape and elevation. The paths are either on soft cold steppe vegetation or boulders and moderately rocky terrain. The climate is not as much unforgivable though, and while it may still be very wet, it is also much more temperate.
How could lundhags vandra perform in said conditions? Will they be too hot? Will it be appropriate to still wear two pairs of wool socks? Should I size up?

thank you for your help!

I use mine all year round, albeit I have Jörn boots, not Lundhags. Same shit, different brand. And yes, they do get a little hot on warm days, but what boots don’t?

Two pairs of wool socks (thin ones next to skin, thicker on top of that) help. Change socks ever so often.
