Accessing Sarek from Suorva

Hello everyone
I am planning a skimo expedition to Sarek sometime around early April.
We intend to enter from the south, set camp somewhere south of Sarektjåkkta, and then climb several routes on those faces.

My question is whether it is possible to access the park from Suorva. Most maps show a path that crosses the dam (see picture from Lantmäteriet), but on Google Street View, I can see that it looks like a fence that locks that path.

Does anyone have experience with this? Is it possible to find a way around those fences?

This path works fine for accessing from the road at Suorva. I've used the same path many times in summertime. There is an open gate in the fence on the road side to allow entrance for hikers and you cross over on the dams and roads as showed on your map.
