A little disclaimer: I use the Chinese names for every province instead of choosing between all the alternative names like Bod Yul, Tibet, Uighir Autonomous...Turkestan etc etc. It's not some sort of a political statement, I let others deal with that stuff, just trying to be consistent in a simple way.

Month 2. 000416-000515 Turkey-Georgia-Azerbaijan-Iran 1459 Km 10 cycling days.

Month 3. 000516-000615 Iran-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Tajikistan. 1703 Km 13 Cycling days.

Month 4. 000616-000715 Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan. 1760 Km 21 Cycling days.

Months 5, 6 and 7. 000716-001015 Kyrgyzstan - Kazakhstan-China (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Xizang/Tibet). Total distance from Cairo 2 040 Km.

Month 8. 001016-001115 China (Xizang/Tibet)-Nepal. 1371 Km 14 Cycling days. Total distance from Cairo 13 411 Km.

Months 9, 10 and 11...lost the logs...total distance from Cairo ended up being approx. 15 100km.
