in Cairo and moving on south

Today is my first opportunity with a PC and a full sized keybord. I\ve had to rely on wi-fi spots and my Samsung Galaxy for the previous msgs. We've now left Sinai after snorkling the Canyon at Dahab, which was great, and also trekking the 2 mountains of Mt. Sinai (2285m) and Serabit al Khadim. We also spent a night in the desert under the stars, and I can promise that the desert sand gets in everywhere, and I mean everywhere ... I'm really hoping that my Sony camera is still OK ...

Hoping to be able to use Google stars on my Android tomorrow night when we are in Aswan and visiting Abu Simbel. (the wakeup call is 02:30 and we need to fly early to get there before the sand storms)

well dinner is now in a few minutes, so I need 2 change focus, and I'll try to get a PC again when we're cruising on the Nile ...

Snorkling at Dahab

Today we went to Dahab and the canyon snorkling. No big fish and
no sharks either. Tomorrow we will climb Mt. Sinai and sleep in the
Desert under the stars.

After a large breakfast we have now learned that the beaches are still closed
Due to shark attacks. I'm hoping that Ras Mohammedan is still open

arrived at Cairo

Finally we arrived at Cairo. My flight was 1,5h delayed from ARN so. I had. to. run
at. FRA airport but I still made the flight
